Spiritual Exercises support healthy life and work rhythms. They are a means of self-care. They set a helpful framework for prayer. They foster spiritual growth.
Especially in times when present forms of worship have become dry, many people experience a deepening in their relationship with God by trying out new forms of prayer. Sometimes God invites us to meet God in a new manner.
Throughout church history various forms of prayer emerged. A prayer method can be chosen fitting to the life situation and personal structure of the seeker.
