How does one differentiate between impulses that are life-giving and thoughts and ideas that appear to be good, but are ultimately distractions?

How do I find and follow my personal calling?

The elements of this seminar are chosen biblical examples of how God leads people. The personal experiences of others show us the many ways that people are led by the Holy Spirit. Body awareness exercises help us become sensitive to receiving the movement of the Holy Spirit (“gut feeling”).

A helpful resource is the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius of Loyola. The Ignatian model of “comforts” and “discernment of the spirits” is introduced.
